The mile project is an excuse to visit and photograph random areas of Toronto. The scheme is simple. My home is ground zero. From there, sites that are distant from my home by single mile increments are selected for photo shoots. It just started so I’m at mile 1. Current sites are shown on my google maps page for this project.
This is the first set of photos in this new series, shot in the Dundas St. W. and Halton St. area of downtown Toronto. However, some of the shots in the gallery are from Kensington Market, which I passed along the way and had to stop and shoot, just because. Also, it was sunset time, which is nice, really.
Shot with a Nikon D300 and a Sigma 150mm f/2.8.
Toy buses for sale in Kensington Market.
A colorful garage in a Toronto laneway near Dundas and Halton.
