Jumper on the highway 99 (George Washington) bridge on 19 August 2010 while police boats keep watch in the ship canal. She did not jump but I watched for 20 min before I had to get going to the climbing gym.
Jumper flanked by two guys – one on the left was a cop but couldn’t tell about the guy on the right.
