pjf is a biochemist, climber, and photographer living and working in Toronto, Ontario. he may seem averse to capital letters but this is merely an illusion. he has almost certainly been posting worthless tripe on usenet and more recently on the web long before you thought it might be cool to do it too. don’t feel bad, that’s just the way the world works. he also hates people who refer to themselves in the third person.
